Angela Martin Kobrick is a Southern-born maker-architect, turned ceramic and jewelry artist. After ten years as a designer of spaces, Angela rediscovered ceramics and returned to her first love - working with her hands and making mud pies. Inspired by all things animal and botanical, and especially the seascape, her current work originated from a series of small, plant-like sculptures that eventually lead to her well-regarded pine collection. Her latest endeavor is a jewelry line that features her brilliantly colored, one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces set in sterling silver. Angela lives in New York City with her musical husband, Thomas, and precocious Scottish Terrier, Sully.
